It's born out of fear that time may run out. What happens if you veer off course? How do you organize your time? Maybe it's an opportunity to catch your breath.Take it and know you are exactly where you are supposed to be.

Join Alison Grande and Michele Zipper for a special class just for teens, where they can come to a quiet place and relax their minds. Give them some time for themselves that they are craving with mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, aromatherapy and oils.
