Functional health for CHILDREN WITH pandas/pans/pots

Navigating the complexities of PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections), PANS, POTS, or other autoimmune conditions in your child can feel overwhelming and isolating. You're likely searching for answers, seeking relief from their distressing symptoms, and longing to return to normalcy. I understand this journey firsthand, as I am both a Practitioner and a parent who has healed her son from PANDAS, and I'm here to offer support and guidance.

I believe in a holistic approach, focusing on uncovering the root cause of your child's symptoms rather than just treating the surface issues. By delving deep into their individual health history, lifestyle, and potential triggers, we can work together to create a personalized plan to address the underlying imbalances contributing to their condition. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to advocate for your child's health and pave the way for their long-term well-being.

I offer two pathways to support families facing these challenges.

One-on-One PERSONALiZED SUPPORt

For a personalized and intensive approach, you can work with me one-on-one. This allows for a tailored assessment, customized treatment protocols, and ongoing support as we navigate your child's unique health journey together. We'll delve into functional testing, nutritional strategies, and lifestyle modifications to create a comprehensive plan designed to address the root causes of their symptoms and promote healing. This individualized attention allows for a deeper understanding of your child's specific needs and the flexibility to adjust the plan as needed.

thriving together: a GUIDING light education group for parents of children with PANDAS/PANS/POTS.

Alternatively, if you're seeking community support and a wealth of information, I invite you to join THRIVING TOGETHER, our virtual educational group for parents of children with PANDAS/PANS/POTS. This group offers a supportive environment where you can connect with other families facing similar challenges, learn from experts, and gain access to valuable resources. Through webinars, Q&A sessions, and a supportive online community, you'll gain a deeper understanding of PANDAS/Autoimmune, learn practical strategies for managing symptoms, and discover tools to advocate effectively for your child.

Whether you choose one-on-one support or the collaborative environment of THRIVING TOGETHER, I'm committed to helping your child thrive.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO WORK WITH A FDN-P?

FUNCTIONAL LAB WORK

Through comprehensive functional labwork, we look functionally at your Hormone, Immune, Digestion, Detoxification, Endocrine, Nervous, and Oxidation Systems. Most of these labs get sent directly to your home and are easy to follow. These allow us to find answers and connections as to why you’re having the symptoms you are.

D.R.E.S.S. PROTOCOL

Once we get the test results, and after a full lifestyle and history intake, I will create a protocol for you to follow for 3-6 months. This includes diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, and supplementation. We will meet every other week for two months so I can guide you through any questions or roadblocks you may have in implementing them.

SELF-TREATMENT + COMMITMENT

Ultimately you are in control of your health. I will give you the tools and recommended protocols, and the program's success will be up to you to follow to the best of your ability. It takes time, effort, and commitment to rebuild your health, and I will be walking alongside you to make sure you do. Change doesn’t happen overnight - it’s simple, not easy, and will be fully worth it in the end!

IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL

Appointments are offered at The Well Center in Armonk or via telehealth virtually.

Michele was able to help me achieve all my goals by checking in on me every other week, plus sending me healthy recipes, and encouraging me to stay focused. The most significant change I have noticed is I have so much energy to go about my daily tasks. I would describe Michele as encouraging, dedicated, committed, organized, and fun. I recommend her to anyone who is serious about their health and ready to make some lifelong changes. She made it fun, interesting, easily understood, and simple. Her honest, authentic approach made it a pleasure to follow!
