Whether you child is online or in a school setting, they will need to move their bodies and get the energy flowing. In this high energy class, a best-in-class Personal Trainer will support their natural abilities and push them to move faster, get stronger and learn how keep themselves flexible and strong – ready for when sports resume.
MINDFUL MARTIAL ARTS
Sensei Jim, a mindfulness teacher, karate sensei, massage therapist, and personal trainer, has created a program that supports growth and development in the areas of expression, communication, creativity, balance, coordination, gross and fine motor skills, and martial arts. Nothing beats confidence than understanding your body in relation to space and thought.
YOGA + MINDFULNESS
This yoga and mindfulness practice will light a fire in your core. Roll out your mat today and wake up third chakra energy for confidence, strengthen the back for a healthy spine, and recognize the beauty within!
PILATES FOR THE ATHLETE
Integrate your fitness with a balanced approach to movement. Pilates is strength & flexibility system designed to keep your mind, body & spirit at the top of your game.
GIRLIFE EMPOWERMENT
When Mindful Martial Arts meets GirLife, we end up with an exciting and engaging class mixed with self-defense and emotional and nutritional learning and support. GirLife Empowerment teaches elementary-aged girls about the basic fundamentals that empowerment means listening to yourself, making good choices, and knowing yourself and who you are. On top of empowerment, the girls will learn about self-loving, happiness as a choice, meditation and breathing, and gratitude as vehicles to starting to learn about ourselves. Each class reiterates the concept of empowerment, teaches new tools, and incorporates a fun art project to conclude.

Once you know your child's school schedule, create your own class in your home with a group of friends. Classes can happen any time of the day!
• Cost is $40/child/class with a minimum of $160. Maximum of 6 children.
• Schedule is a four-week minimum and are scheduled monthly.
• Classes are one hour each.
• Location of classes and timing will be determined by each group.
• All teachers will abide by CDC safety rules including masks, social distancing and sanitizing
• All teachers are experts in their field.
• Each class is designed to incorporate age-appropriate tools including Emotional quotient, growth and development, self-confidence, tools for stress, and proprioception.
